Upcoming Sewing Camp

Registration opens Feb 21 at 7 am

Ages:  Students who are currently (2024-25 School Year) in grades 5 and up

Cost: $30 non-refundable deposit due now, $30 balance due March 30-April 5, $5 cash material fee due on day of camp

Please send in a lunch and drink with your child.  We will take a lunch break outside weather permitting.

In this camp, students will learn to hand sew, add a button and beads, practice some embroidery stiches and make a mini stuffie or 2! I have several patterns for animals and lots of felt colors and embroidery floss.  Stuffie can have buttons, beads and embroidery added for extra flair and personalization.  Campers attending should be able to cut felt on their own, thread a needle and tie an overhand knot.  Practicing these skills at home in advance will enable them to get right to the project faster!

Payment:  Please choose EITHER Paypal/credit OR Venmo.  If you choose Venmo after registration please pay $30 to @maureenmarksart My profile pic is my business sign and last 4 digits of phone are 5263. 

Cancellation:  Deposit is non-refundable.  If notified by April 5 you only lose deposit money.  After April 5 your paid balance will only be refunded if a replacement can be found ($30 deposit is not refunded). You are also welcome to find your own replacement.
