Upcoming Teen Scene: January’s Theme is Anime and Kawaii Drawing

Ages: Gr 5 and up (students in 4th grade that are currently enrolled at the studio may also take January Teen Scene. New students in 4th grade please email artgirl1965@gmail.com for guidelines before signing up).

Teen Scene will have a different theme each month! Sign up by the months that you want. The following themes will be taught for Winter!

January:  Anime and Kuwaii (goes on sale Nov 25)

      Students will learn the basics of drawing a face Anime style. They will also learn to draw in the cute style of Kuwaii. Color can be added to projects with markers, watercolors or colored pencils.

February: Resin and Clay (goes on sale Jan 15)

       Students will use resin on canvas and add some glitter or tempered glass in a project. They will also learn some fun polymer Clay techniques.

March:  Wicked (The Movie) inspired Art (goes on sale Feb15)

      Students will make a cover and fill their book with a variety of materials to make a unique junk journal. They’ll create some painted and stamped pages, learn how to make pockets and more! Use as a place to store photos and memorabilia, a gratitude journal, a scrapbook, a diary or anything you wish!

Cancellations: Requests must be made 2 weeks before class. There is a $5 re-listing fee. No refunds, transfers or credits after deadline.
